Mrs. Sanchez’s Classroom Behavior Plan
In order for our classroom to run smoothly, it is important for everyone to work together in an environment of respect, kindness, and hard work. To help ensure this occurs, there are a few rules students need to follow. Students will be rewarded for helping to strengthen this positive sense of community. However, there will be negative consequences for those who disrupt this balance. Below you will find the classroom rules, positive rewards, and consequences.
RULES
· Follow directions quickly
· Listen when someone is speaking
· Raise your hand to speak or leave your seat
· Be responsible
· Show respect for yourself, others, your school
· Put forth your best effort in everything
· ALWAYS show kindness!
REWARDS
· verbal and written praise
· student of the month
· swag tags
· table points
· classroom money
· notes and calls home
CONSEQUENCES
· verbal warning
· warning card placed on desk (visual reminder)
· sign in the behavior book (loss of recess time or time in buddy class)
· sign in behavior book (responsibility room and note home)
· Severe issue-immediate responsibility room, call home, and possible meeting with administration
